2011 marks or 6th year for producing quality flower baskets and
ornamental plants, and our first year of organic production of berries,
vegetables and garden transplants. Organic vegetable transplants will be
available beginning in March. Organic produce will be for sale beginning
in late April and continuing through November. Varieties we expect to
have for sale are: lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard kale, onions, radishes,
beets, broccoli, cabbage, green beans, tomatoes, okra, cucumbers,
summer squash, sweet and hot peppers winter squash, melons, sweet
potatoes and Irish potatoes, Brussel’s sprouts , and cauliflower.
Beginning in late June, we will also have blackberries for sale.
